Do you have walk-in retail hours every day?
Weekly public opening hours are confirmed with each order reply. Please pre-order with at least 72 hours’ notice rather than assuming same-day walk-in availability.
Can I get directions on Google Maps?
Yes. Use the Get directions or Open in Google Maps links on this page. They open Google Maps with our verified Sheikh Zayed pickup address. We do not publish invented map coordinates on the website.
Do you deliver to New Zayed or 6th of October?
We deliver to selected Cairo and Giza areas. Coverage for New Zayed, nearby 6th of October districts, and other neighbourhoods is confirmed when you submit your area on the order form—we do not claim every district is served.
