These terms apply to orders and inquiries placed through sourdoughegypt.com for Sourdough Egypt by ARTIBAKE.

Pre-orders

Please confirm your order at least 72 hours before the requested delivery or pickup date. Large and custom orders require confirmation before baking begins.

Pricing and delivery

Product prices do not include delivery. Delivery fees are confirmed according to the selected area. See selected delivery areas and the shipping policy. Availability, timing, and fees are confirmed when we reply to your order request.

Handmade products

ARTIBAKE products are handmade. Minor natural variations in size, colour, crust, and appearance are expected and do not mean a product is defective.

Allergens

Our bakery handles ingredients that may include wheat, gluten, milk, eggs, sesame, nuts, and soy. We do not operate an allergen-free production environment. Customers must disclose allergies before confirming an order.

Brand statement

ARTIBAKE bakes are prepared using natural fermentation, natural butter or natural olive oil according to each product recipe, with slow preparation for richer flavour and distinctive texture. Individual recipes differ; not every product contains butter and olive oil together.
