Cancellation and returns

Fresh bakery products and order changes.

Because ARTIBAKE products are freshly prepared to order, cancellations and changes should be requested as early as possible—ideally before baking begins and within the 72-hour confirmation window.

If a delivered product is incorrectly fulfilled or arrives damaged, contact us promptly with photos and your order details so we can review a replacement or fair resolution.

Handmade products may show natural variation in size, colour, and appearance. Preference-based returns for correctly fulfilled fresh bakery goods are limited.
